Retainer and Fixed Fee Engagements:DMC offers certain services on a monthly retainer or fixed fee basis. The monthly retainer or fixed fee and scope of services are put in writing and attached to individual agreements. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the terms and conditions of such agreements supersede the retainer or fixed fee agreement.
