William Gregory has been designing interiors for over twelve years throughout the greater Boston area, New England, New York and Bermuda and has recently expanded the office to include full architectural services. His work has won residential design awards and recently been featured by CBS. William's most important consideration is the suitability of an interior to its architecture and purpose, using the client's sentiments to extract a comfortable, timeless and intriguing design through an informed use of light and materials, sophisticated color schemes, and strong silhouettes. He holds degrees from The University of Virginia in Architecture and Social Anthropology with postgraduate work at Oxford University and The Art Institute of Chicago. The collaborative office maintains memberships including the AIA, Boston Society of Architects, and the Society of Architectural Historians.

 

As a founding Partner at Payne/Bouchier Inc., Stephen Payne has played a major role in the development of this highly respected company. Stephen has worked on many projects throughout Massachusetts providing each job with his solid understanding of residential construction processes and a thorough knowledge of New England's profound history. Living in a renovated New England schoolhouse himself, he recognizes the importance of integrating the area's distinct tradition with the latest technology. Payne/Bouchier brings this experience and sensibility to all new construction, renovation and the most complex of residential projects. As a General Contractor, Steve is a frequent panelist and lecturer on construction process issues at industry events.

 

Jeff Klug had been a practicing architect in the US and Switzerland for the last 15 years. He has designed private residences, commercial and academic buildings, retail spaces, and office buildings. His designs, drawings and written work have been published in magazines such as Architectural Record, Design New England, the Boston Globe, the AIA New York magazine, Zone, and the Cornell Journal of Architecture. He has taught Architectural design at many Universities including Yale University, MIT and the ETH is Zurich, Switzerland. He is also the Director of Career Discovery at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Boston Society of Architects. He holds a Masters in Architecture from Harvard University and a bachelors degree from Auburn University. He also attended Cornell University where he studied Urban Design.

 

Ms. Nathe offers more than 19 years of experience, specializing in creating tailored lighting design solutions for overݬ00+ private residential projects throughout the U.S. and Mexico.dditional project experience includes lighting of galleries/museums, restaurants, retail, corporate offices, houses of worship, and exterior lighting.

Lanas expertise stems from a BFA degree in Interior Architecture & Design from North Dakota State University. Bruce Irving produced television's This Old House for 17 years, overseeing 33 complex whole-house renovations, learning the value of quality design and construction, and amassing a wide-ranging set of industry contacts.   He now runs his own consulting business, guiding clients through their own home renovations, helping them build the correct team for the task, and providing attentive project oversight - always, and only, with the homeowners' best interests in mind. A graduate of Williams College, he is also vice-chair of the Cambridge Historical Commission, a contributing editor at Design New England magazine, and a member of the Congress of Residential Architecture (CORA).

 

John Neale has been active in the marketing and sales of Boston's real estate since 1981. In addition to his work as a residential broker of existing homes, John has marketed or consulted on the creation of hundreds of Boston area condominiums and numerous townhouse developments as well. Prominent South End developments have included Atelier 505, Rollins Square, 1597 Washington Street, the Cumston Street Houses, 2 Clarendon Street, 75 Clarendon Street and the Dartmouth Square Schools. Other large Boston developments have included Avenir in the Bulfinch Triangle and FP3, now under construction in the new South Boston Seaport District.

John is also very active in local preservation. A former South End Landmark District Commisioner, he is presently the Historian for the Board of Directors of the South End Historical Society. John has also been active for many years as a fund-raiser for Boston's Fenway Community Health, helping to raise money for their new building being constructed at 1330 Boylston Street in Boston's Fenway neighborhood
