As we get back to basics, I’ve encountered many lists with things a business person should do in 2009, many of which are worthwhile, but most requiring time or resources that we do not have. Here are a few items from a recent article I read that I think we call can do!
If you're going through it, so are your clients. Bad times give a business a golden opportunity to be an even greater asset to its clients. You should know what your client's challenges are during the current economic conditions and offer solutions to minimize the negative effects of those challenges.
Don't procrastinate. Assess your business early and often and make adjustments for today, today.
Challenge your employees. Just as your business should make an extra effort to help clients during a challenging time, your employees can do the same for you.
