"Lloyd, Arti & Company--Thank you so
much for all you do! I have great confidence in what your information
has to offer and appreciate all your hard work to make a better
design community."
--Mary-Emily Pitt, Wilmington, NC
“Lloyd, many thanks for the great presentation. We opened two new accounts that day and saw lots of new people. Everyone was very complimentary and seemed to be excited about the event.”
--Michael Petrie, Brunschwig & Fils Laguna Showroom Manager
About a year ago, I was in a small group at the Laguna Design Center at Baker Knapp and Tubbs in which Lloyd was the speaker. Since then, I have implemented several of his policies and techniques, to which I attribute a nearly 30% increase in my 2006 business. The mechanics and philosophy he purveys are a proven value in my business, Mirage Interiors, now existing 18 years. I only wish that I had had his positive input 42 years ago when I started as a novice interior designer. Since hearing his presentation at an ASID luncheon last summer, and hearing him speak twice since, I have adjusted my billing format and “dare” to quote charges deserved and earned. His understanding of the industry makes his information to the designer especially pertinent. His enthusiasm and wit make for effortless retention of the information he offers. I am very grateful that I have had the opportunity to benefit from Lloyd’s knowledge. I look forward to attending his seminars and expanding my capabilities further.
